OK and once I am being calm, how can I make it move in a constructive manner?

OK but how am I to be calm and loving with people on the screen that are thousands of miles away?
Be funny.
OK so I’m calm and loving and funny, but what is a specific thing I can do to make it actually produce good results?
Ignore minor infractions.
And what then?
And hope for the best.
